Juno SSE-CN (V de V)
The SSE is built with endurance racing in mind. The car which complies to the FIA CN regulation is eligible for the highly successful French V de V championship and the new CN class within Britsports.
Three SSE chassis have competed successfully in the 2006 V de V series with regular top 5 finishes including 2nd at Magny Cours and 3rd at Jarama. With the V de V championship being made up of 4, 6 and 12 hour races, durability is essential, indeed each of the Junos have notched up over 90 hours of running during 2006.
The cars are fitted with the Honda Type R engine, again built to the CN regulation and producing around 250bhp. It shares the same chassis, suspension and transmission as the SS3-V6 guaranteeing performance and the durability.
For 2007, we introduce a revised aero package with lower front wheel arches and engine cover. The result is a significant reduction in drag hence greater straight line speed.
